Apartment 2

Apartment 2 features the same spacious, modern two-floor loft design as Apartment 1, with a first-floor bedroom and an upstairs loft set up as a second bedroom. The main level includes a beautifully designed full kitchen, a welcoming living room with seating and a TV, stylish Italian furniture, and breakfast-bar stools. The first-floor bedroom features an elegant Italian-crafted queen-size bed and is conveniently located near the downstairs full bathroom.

The fully furnished upstairs loft provides additional living space and flexibility, with a Murphy bed and modern computer desk that make it ideal for working from home or hosting guests. This level also includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Like Apartment 1, this unit has two access points: a private street-level entrance and a second-floor entrance through the interior hall. The hall connects to the rooftop lounge, main living area, and rear garage parking.

Apartment 2 comes fully furnished and includes a washer and dryer, private patio, and thoughtfully selected Italian pieces throughout. It is also equipped with a whole-house water filtration and scale-reduction system for clean, fresh water and added convenience.
